Hi, I'm Rachel 👋
I help purpose-led brands turn buyers into loyal customers. loyal customers. repeat buyers. brand lovers. community.
It started with wine 🍷
The Wine Society
My first real taste of marketing was running events for Melbourne Uni's Wine Society. I was the entire marketing team - I taught myself Mailchimp, ran the socials, and spent my own money on ads to see what would actually move people. Turns out it moved them: the day Wine Camp tickets opened, there was already a crowd waiting at the oval. We basically sold out before we sold anything. That's when I knew I'd found the thing I loved.
Growth hacking & startups
From there I jumped into The Talent Institute's growth hacking traineeship, learning how to grow a company with lean resources, or none at all. Their parent company Startupbootcamp had me driving applications for accelerator programs, and I'd sit in on founder sessions just because I wanted to learn. Asahi's innovation team pulled me in next, helping validate new beverage concepts before anyone spent money building them.
Agencies & the craft
To really sharpen the craft I went agency-side: a stint at Stage3, then four formative years at Harvey working with purpose-led brands - from Jasper Coffee and Kester Black through to Peninsula Hot Springs and Bank Australia. That's where it all came together - growth, lifecycle, eCommerce, retention - and I figured out what kind of marketer I am.
Brand-side, & what's next
Then in-house at Amble Outdoors as Marketing Manager, owning eCommerce, email and lifecycle end-to-end across AU and international. The whole time I've kept consulting for startups and small brands, helping founders see their business through a marketing lens - it's the work that keeps me sharp, and it's where I do my best thinking.

Turning email into a core channel at Amble
Rebuilt the Klaviyo program top to bottom. Minor channel to core revenue driver.
ATEC eCook stove launch
Webflow build + paid support across Cambodia and Bangladesh. Landing page A/B test lifted sign-ups 4×.
Kester Black content + quiz funnel
Spotted a blog post outranking the homepage. Turned it into a content series + embedded quiz that segmented leads into email flows.
Don't just take my word for it.
Within 3 weeks, my revenue lifted more than 200%.
Rachel is, without a doubt, a top tier professional when it comes to marketing. I run a small business in Singapore and needed her help with marketing strategy. In the first few days of working with her, she dissected every portion of my business and came up with an incisive strategy to reach my goals. Within 3 weeks, my revenue for my e-commerce store has increased more than 200% under her expert guidance. Before engaging Rachel, I thought we had hit a ceiling for sales. Rachel transformed my business situation.
